Welcome & Position Updates 

Debra Feist, Board President of the Domestic Abuse Women's Network (DAWN) has announced that Ms. Cheryl Bozarth has been appointed as their new Executive Director.  "We believe that she will be a great advocate for our clients and our community as we move forward with our work," Feist said. 
 
Ms. Bozarth joins DAWN from Dove House in Jefferson County where she has been Executive Director since 2005.  While there, she secured the funding for a $2.1M capital campaign which culminated in the opening of the Dove House Transitional Housing and Services Center.  Previously, she was the Outpatient Mental Health Program Director for Sutton Place Behavioral Health in Yulee, Florida which provides child and family services.  Cheryl currently serves as the 2010 Board President of the Washington State Coalition Against Domestic Violence.  She begins work with DAWN on July 6.
