Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by April 1, 2010. Refunds will be processed less a $25 administrative fee. Refunds requested after April 1, 2010 will be processed less 50% of the original registration. No refunds will be given after April 15, 2010. The Washington State Nonprofit Conference regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are always welcomed.
